Shrimp platter:
Approx. 500grams prawns, on white bread with butter, mayonnaise and lemon.

Ocean’s table:
Prawns, crawfish, lobster, smoked salmon, gravlax accompanied with scrambled eggs, baked trout, 2 or 3 kinds of pickled herring, various green salads, two kinds of bread, butter, margarine and dressings. Season conditioned.

Traditional platter of Dried Meat:
Gammon, cured leg of mutton, dried Norwegian Sausage, roast beef, potato salad, scrambled eggs, Waldorf salad, green salad, bread, Norwegian Pretzel, crisp flatbread, butter, dressings.

Luxury cold-platter:
Gammon and hung beef with potato salad, roast beef with remoulade and onion, cooked and smoked ham with salad, baked trout with scrambled eggs, chicken and Waldorf salad, prawns or crawfish, two kinds of bread, Norwegian pretzels, butter and dressings.

Mutton platter (Dried meat platter):
Big plate of gammon, hung beef, dried Norwegian Sausage, potato salad, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, green salad, bread, butter and dressing.

Homemade fish soup:
Creamy homemade fish soup with garniture, bread or crisp flat-bread. Served as single portion or as a group meal.

Alternative menus:
This is the menu we suggest, but we are flexible and can adjust in case of particular requests. Please do let us know in reasonable time ahead and we will agree on prices.

Please also note that part of this menu is dependent on the availability of seasonal ingredients such as crawfish.
